摘要
将煤矸石酸浸渣在750℃下煅烧除炭,与Na_2CO_3按质量比1∶1.2混合,在800℃煅烧1.5 h,制备Na P分子筛,优化工艺条件为:n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)为4.5,n(Na_2O)/n(SiO_2)为1.5, n(H_2O)/n(Na_2O)为35,94℃晶化9 h。结果表明,煤矸石酸浸渣经碱熔可完全活化,采用水热晶化的方法,可制备结晶良好的NaP分子筛。
The acid leaching residue of coal gangue was calcined at 750℃for carbon removal,then it was mixed with sodium carbonate at a mass ratio of 1∶1.2 and calcined at 800℃for 1.5 h,the optimum conditions for the preparation of NaP molecular sieve were that:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)was 4.5,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)was 1.5,n(H2O)/n(Na2O)was 35 and crystallized at 94℃for 9 h.The results show that the acid leaching residue of coal gangue can be activated completely by alkali melting,and the NaP molecular sieve with good crystallization can be obtained by hydrothermal crystallization.
