摘要
目的分析品管圈带教模式在新护士综合素质培养中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年7月60名医院新入职护士作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30名。对照组新护士采取常规带教模式,观察组新护士则采取品管圈带教模式。比较两组新护士在带教结束后各考核指标的差异,并以匿名询问的方式让两组新护士对带教方法进行评价。结果观察组在理论知识、实践操作、护理态度、职业防护措施、专科护理、健康宣教、护理记录、病房管理、医疗器械与药品管理等方面的评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新护士对临床带教的满意度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈带教能够有效提升新护士的综合素养,从而为患者提供更加优质的护理服务,推动医院的可持续发展。
Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle teaching mode in the comprehensive quality training of new nurses.Methods 60 new nurses from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 in each group.The new nurses in the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,while the new nurses in the observation group adopted the quality control circle teaching mode.The differences of assessment indexes between the two groups of new nurses after teaching were compared,and the two groups of new nurses were asked to evaluate the teaching methods anonymously.Results The scores of the observation group in theoretical knowledge,practical operation,nursing attitude,occupational protective measures,specialized nursing,health education,nursing records,ward management,medical equipment and drug management were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of new nurses in the observation group to clinical teaching was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle teaching can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of new nurses,so as to provide better nursing services for patients and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
