摘要
慢性筋骨疾病是中老年人常见疾病。随着我国人口老龄化趋势不断加剧以及慢性劳损的普遍存在,慢性筋骨疾病已成为影响中老年人群健康及生活质量的重要因素,有效地防治慢性筋骨疾病成为重大的公共卫生学问题。提炼慢性筋骨疾病共同的发病特点,阐述其相似的发病机制,有助于发挥中医药对其的防治作用。虚、瘀、毒是筋骨退变的重要病理基础,防治的关键是“补虚、祛瘀、解毒、止痹痛”,在“异病同治”理论指导下,初步形成补肾活血,祛痹止痛的慢性筋骨疾病防治体系。
The chronic muscles and bones diseases are common diseases in the middle-aged and elderly people.With the increasing trend of population aging and the prevalence of chronic strain in our country,chronic muscles and bones diseases have become an important factor affecting the health and quality of life of the middle-aged and elderly people.Effective prevention and treatment of chronic muscles and bones diseases has become a major public health problem.Extracting the common characteristics of chronic muscles and bones diseases,and explaining its pathogenesis will help to play the role of traditional Chinese medicine in its prevention and treatment.Deficiency,blood stasis,toxicity are the important pathological basis of tendon and bone degeneration,the key prevention and treatment is"tonifying deficiency,dispelling blood stasis,detoxification,stopping arthralgia and pain",and forms the academic viewpoint of tonifying kidney,activating blood circulation,removing arthralgia and relieving pain under the guidance of the theory of"treating different diseases with the same treatment".
