摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘软件,应用频繁项集、关联规则、层次聚类、复杂网络等数据挖掘方法,分析中药专利复方治疗功能性消化不良的用药情况及配伍规律。方法:使用中国专利数据库检索治疗功能性消化不良的复方,排除中药提取物、单味药物、中西药物联用等情况,对中药专利复方进行筛选处理,建立Excel数据表,应用数据挖掘软件对数据进行频次统计、关联规则、聚类分析和复杂网络分析。结果:筛选治疗功能性消化不良的复方238个,药物四气以温、平为主,五味以甘、辛为主,归经以脾、胃经为主。频次较高的前10味中药分别为山楂、陈皮、甘草、麦芽、鸡内金、茯苓、白术、神曲、厚朴、半夏;频繁项集显示药物以益气健脾、理气消食配伍为主;关联规则分析显示治疗功能性消化不良常见药对包括陈皮-山楂、麦芽-山楂、鸡内金-山楂等;聚类分析发现治疗功能性消化不良药物4类,主要包括理气和胃类、疏肝行气类、消食化积类、益气健脾类;核心药物网络由22味中药组成,核心配伍以消食化积、理气健脾为主。结论:数据挖掘研究为功能性消化不良的临床治疗和中药组方开发提供了参考依据;临床治疗功能性消化不良时应把握扶正祛邪的基本治则,以益气健脾、消食化积为基本治法,兼顾理气和胃、疏肝解郁、化湿燥湿等方法,结合患者具体情况辨证论治。
Objective To analyze the usage and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine patent compound for functional dyspepsia by applying frequent item sets association rules,hierarchical clustering,complex networks and other data mining methods based on data mining software.Method The compounds for the treatment of functional dyspepsia were searched from Chinese patent database.Traditional Chinese medicine extracts,single drugs,combined use of Chinese and Western medicines,etc.were excluded.The patented compounds of traditional Chinese medicine were screened and an Excel data table was established.With data mining software,frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis were performed.ResultA total of 238 prescriptions for functional dyspepsia were screened.The properties of the drugs were mainly warm and calm,the flavors were mainly sweet and spicy,and the spleen and stomach were the main meridians.The top 10 Chinese medicines with higher frequency were hawthorn,tangerine peel,licorice,malt,chicken internal gold,poria,atractylodes,divine song,magnolia,and pinellia.Frequent item sets showed that the drugs focused on strengthening spleen and invigorating Qi,regulating Qi flow and promoting digestion.Association rules analysis showed that the common drug pairs used in the treatment of functional dyspepsia included orange peel-hawthorn,malt-hawthorn,chicken internal gold-hawthorn,etc..Cluster analysis found that there were 4 types of drugs for functional dyspepsia,mainly including drugs for regulating Qi flow and stomach function,drugs for soothing liver and promoting Qi flow,drugs for promoting digestion and resolving accumulation,drugs for benefiting Qi and strengthening spleen.The core drug network was composed of 22 traditional Chinese medicines,the core compatibility focused on eliminating stagnation,regulating Qi flow and strengthening spleen.ConclusionData mining provides a method to explore the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia and the development of traditional Chinese medicine formulas.With strengthening the energy and dispelling the pathogens as the basic principle,the treatments should focus on strengthening spleen and invigorating Qi,promoting digestion and eliminating stagnation.Besides,regulating Qi and stomach function,soothing the liver and relieving depression,resolving and eliminating dampness should also be taken into account.And patients should be treated based on the specific conditions of patients by syndrome differentiation.
