摘要
飞机故障隔离手册是民用飞机运营过程中重要的排故依据之一,能够协助飞机维修人员快速的定位和纠正飞机故障,使飞机达到适航状态。本文从飞机制造商的角度出发,基于利益攸关方需求分析和已有的民机产品设计体系,对如何编写完整准确的飞机故障隔离手册进行了解析,给出了一套完整的编写方法和流程。通过对各个编写环节进行介绍分析,便于读者充分理解手册编写方法和过程,对研究编写和使用飞机故障隔离手册具有参考作用。
Aircraft fault isolation manual is one of the important troubleshooting bases in the process of civil aircraft operation,which can assist aircraft maintenance personnel to locate and correct aircraft faults quickly and make the aircraft airworthiness.From the point of view of aircraft manufacturers,based on the analysis of stakeholder requirements and existing civil aircraft design system,this paper analyzes how to compile a complete and accurate aircraft fault isolation manual,and gives a set of complete writing methods and processes.Through the analysis of each writing link,it is convenient for readers to fully understand the method and process of manual writing,and has a reference function for the compilation and use of aircraft fault isolation manual.
