摘要
白细胞介素英文表达为interleukin,简写成IL,至2013年12月,已发现38个IL,为区分38个IL,在1979年第2届国际淋巴因子专题会议中,提出白介素命名方式,在名称后加上阿拉伯数字,进行依次命名,如IL-1、IL-2、IL-3等依次类推。白介素功能复杂,主要体现在免疫细胞活动中,在其成熟、活化、调节中有很大影响,参与机体的炎症反应和生理反应,主要是由于白介素细胞因子具有调节免疫细胞活动的功能,刺激细胞产生、分泌、增殖等,提高机体细胞的免疫力。按照其结构同源性,研究人员将其划分成几个蛋白质家族,如IL-1家族、IL-2家族、IL-6家族、IL-10家族等。
As of December 2013,38 Il’s had been identified and 38 IL’s had been distinguished.At the 2 nd International Symposium on lymphoid factors,held in 1979,the interleukin proposed an approach to naming interleukin with an Arabic number after the name,to name in turn,such as IL-1,IL-2,IL-3 and so on in turn.Interleukin(Il) has a complex function,which is mainly reflected in the activities of immune cells,and plays an important role in its maturation,activation and regulation,and participates in the body’s inflammatory and physiological reactions,the main reason is that interleukin-cytokines can regulate the activity of immune cells,stimulate the production,secretion and proliferation of cells,and improve the immunity of cells.According to its structural homology,the researchers divided it into several protein families,such as IL-1 family,IL-2 family,IL-6 family,Il-10 family and so on.
