Research and Suggestions on Operation and Maintenance Management System for Offshore Wind Power

摘要 分析了海上风电的运维特点及其运维管理系统的开发需求,梳理了国内外典型海上风电运维管理系统的特征及优缺点,最后提出对海上风电运维管理系统的开发建议。结果表明,运行管理、维护管理、设备管理和信息管理是运维管理系统不可或缺的功能模块,数据集成管理是系统构建的基础条件,智能化是运维管理系统的必然发展方向。 This paper analyzed the characteristics of operation and maintenance for offshore wind power and the development needs of operation and maintenance management system,conducted the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of typical operation and maintenance management system for offshore wind power at home and abroad,and finally proposed the suggestions for the development of operation and maintenance management system for offshore wind power.The results show that operation management,maintenance management,equipment management and information management are indispensable functional modules of the operation and maintenance management system,data integration management is the basic condition for system construction,and intelligence is the inevitable development direction of the operation and maintenance management system.
