贻贝养殖用草绳制绳机装备设计及机架稳定性分析

摘要 为了制作贻贝养殖用草绳制绳机装备样机,采用SolidWorks软件进行了装备三维建模,得出整机设计满足所需要样机制备要求;同时为提高装备的机架设计可靠性,采用SolidWorks软件Simulation模块及ANSYS有限元软件model模块分别对机架部分进行了静应力分析(总变形、弹性应变、弹性应力)及7阶振动分析。结果表明:两种分析模块下,机架桁架受载情况有所不同,一方面,两种软件分析结果存在差异性;另一方面,机架部分还需要进一步改进设计,以达到所需的要求标准,该次研究对于贻贝养殖用草绳制绳机装备的样机成型具有重要参考意义。 In order to make the equipment prototype of straw rope making machine for mussel breeding,SolidWorks software is used to carry out the three-dimensional modeling of the equipment,and the results show that the whole machine design can meet the requirements of prototype preparation.In order to improve the reliability of equipment frame design,static stress analysis(total deformation,elastic strain,elastic stress)and 7-order oscillation analysis are carried out in the simulation module and ANSYS finite element software model module respectively.The results show that:under the two analysis modules,the frame truss load is different.The analysis results of the two kinds of software are different.The design of the frame part needs to be further improved to meet the required standards.This study has important reference significance for the prototype molding of straw rope making machine for mussel culture.
