摘要
近些年随着我国社会经济整体得到迅猛发展,各个企业单位开始实施基建工程工作,基建工程管理工作任务越来越繁重。然而当下基建工程实际管理过程中依然存在诸多不够合理规范的问题,需要采取有效措施加以改善和优化,从而充分适应社会经济市场环境的发展需求。本文针对基建工程管理过程中存在的一系列问题展开具体分析和探究,同时提出有效的改进对策,以供参考。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's social economy as a whole,various enterprises have begun to implement infrastructure projects,and the task of infrastructure project management is becoming more and more arduous.However,there are still many problems in the actual management of infrastructure projects,which need to be improved and optimized by taking effective measures,so as to fully meet the development needs of the social and economic market environment.This paper analyzes and explores a series of problems existing in the process of infrastructure project management,and puts forward effective improvement countermeasures for reference.
