摘要
多学科协作(MDT)是一种不同学科专家共同为患者制定最适宜治疗方案的诊疗模式,但目前门诊存在各专业医生间沟通困难、诊时长、诊次少等问题限制该模式的发展。为此,本文以慢病诊疗与管理为例提出解决方案,采用移动互联技术建立医生间、医患间的交流服务平台,通过设计一系列操作标准和服务规范,实现全新的门诊慢病多学科协作互联网服务模式,旨在加强MDT团队的沟通。
Multidisciplinary collaboration(MDT)is a diagnosis and treatment model in which experts from different disciplines work together to formulate the most suitable treatment plan for patients.However,the current outpatient clinics have problems such as communication difficulties between professional doctors,length of consultations,and few consultations that restrict the development of this model.To this end,this article takes chronic disease diagnosis,treatment and management as an example to propose solutions,and uses mobile Internet technology to establish a communication service platform between doctors and between doctors and patients.Through the design of a series of operating standards and service specifications,a brand-new outpatient chronic disease multidisciplinary collaborative Internet service model is realized,aiming to strengthen the communication of the MDT team.
