荒煤气转化炉自控系统设计及应用

摘要 荒煤气非催化部分氧化技术对于发展新型能源化工具有重要意义。针对某台荒煤气处理量约为9×10^(3) m^(3)/h的转化炉,提出一种荒煤气转化炉自动监控系统的设计方案,由分散控制系统,安全仪表系统和引燃和有毒气体检测报警系统等系统组成;同时根据荒煤气转化炉的工艺特点,提出了转化炉温度监测、氧气管线仪表及荒煤气管线仪表等特殊仪表选型方法。应用表明:设计方案对装置的安、稳、长、满、优运行,具有一定可行性。 Non-catalytic partial oxidation technology of coke oven gas is of great significance for the development of new energy chemical industry. In view of one single converter with capacity of 9×10^(3) m^(3)/h for coke oven gas, a design scheme of automatic monitoring system is proposed for coke oven gas converter. The system is composed of DCS, SIS, GDS and other systems. Meanwhile, according to the process characteristics of coke oven gas converter, the type selection for specific instrument of converter temperature monitoring, oxygen pipeline instrument and coke oven gas pipeline instrument etc. are also proposed. The application shows that the design scheme has certain feasibility for safe, stable, long-term, full-load and optimal operation of the installation.
