摘要
目的探讨超声弹性成像对浅表软组织良恶性肿块的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月于辽宁省鞍山市肿瘤医院门诊行浅表软组织良恶性肿块诊断的75例患者作为研究对象,对其采用二维超声检查、超声弹性成像检查,以病理手术结果作为金标准,比较两种检查技术的诊断准确率、灵敏度与特异度。结果病理手术结果显示75例患者(87个肿块)中,良性肿块60个,恶性肿块27个。二维超声检查诊断准确率为64.37%,灵敏度为44.44%,特异度为73.33%;超声弹性成像检查诊断准确率为86.21%,灵敏度为74.07%,特异度为91.67%;超声弹性成像检查技术的诊断准确率、灵敏度以及特异度高于二维超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用超声弹性成像技术诊断浅表软组织良恶性肿块具有积极作用,其特异度、灵敏度高,可有效鉴别良恶性肿块,提高诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial soft tissue masses.Methods A total of 75 patients who with diagnosed with superficial soft tissue benign and malignant masses in Anshan Tumor Hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.Two-dimensional ultrasound examination and ultrasound elastography examination were used,and pathological surgery results were taken as the gold standard.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two techniques were compared.Results The pathological surgery results showed that there were 60 benign masses and 27 malignant masses in 75 patients(87 masses).The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound examination was 64.37%,the sensitivity was 44.44%,the specificity was 73.33%.The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound elastography examination was 86.21%,the sensitivity was 74.07%,the specificity was 91.67%.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound elastography examination were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound examination,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound elastography technology has a positive role in the diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial soft tissue masses,with high specificity and sensitivity,which can effectively distinguish benign and malignant masses and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
