仪器化冲击试验机锤刃传感器信号调理系统设计

摘要 仪器化冲击试验机能够采集试样在冲击过程中的力值、位移数据,定量测量材料的弹性特征、塑性特征及断裂性能等参数,因此得到越来越广泛的应用。其中,由于锤刃传感器具有高灵敏度、易受干扰及采样频率较高等特点,因此对采集系统特别是锤刃传感器信号调理系统要求较高。本文以ADI公司的高速仪表放大仪为核心设计锤刃传感器信号调理系统,并成功应用于我公司的仪器化冲击试验机中,在抗噪声干扰、响应频率等方面有明显优势,各项指标符合国家标准要求,得到了客户的广泛认可。 Instrumented impact machine is used to collect the force and displacement data of the specimen during the impact process and test the elastic,plastic and fracture properties of materials.It has been widely used now.Because of the high sensitivity,high sensitivity of interference and high collection frequency,the hammer sensor has higher requirements for the force value collecting system,especially for the signal conditioning system.The signal conditioning system for hammer sensor based on the Instrumentation Amplifier of ADI is designed in the paper,and the system has been used in the instrumented impact machine of NCS.The signal conditioning system has high quality of anti-interference and high response frequency.All the indicators of the system meet the requirements of national standard,and it has been widely recognized by customers.
