摘要
为了科学地分析滇中城市群交通基础设施与新型城镇化的协调性发展问题,应增强交通基础设施的适应性,更好地支撑和推动新型城镇化发展。构建了滇中城市群交通基础设施、新型城镇化发展水平评价指标体系及耦合协调度测度模型,并使用2014~2016年的相关统计数据进行了实证分析。结果表明:滇中城市群交通基础设施、新型城镇化发展水平不断提升,但内部差异较大,呈现出高首位空间特征,昆明市远高于其他州市;滇中城市群的耦合协调度不断提高,但处于"初级协调"水平,总体上交通基础设施滞后于新型城镇化。应根据滇中城市群内部的协调情况制定合理的交通基础设施发展规划。
To scientifically analyze the coordinated development of transportation infrastructure and new urbanization in central Yunnan city cluster,it is crucial to enhance the adaptability of transportation infrastructure and promote the development of new urbanization. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of transportation infrastructure and new urbanization development level of central Yunnan city cluster, and developed a measurement model of coupling coordination degree. And the relevant statistical data from 2014 to 2016 are used for empirical analysis. The results show that the development level of the transportation infrastructure and the new urbanization in the central Yunnan city cluster is constantly improved,but the internal differences are great. Kunming shows the spatial characteristics of high priority,which is far higher than other cities. The coupling coordination degree of central Yunnan city cluster has been continuously improved,but it is still at the level of "primary coordination",which generally shows that the transportation infrastructure lags behind the new urbanization. According to this,a reasonable development plan of transportation infrastructure should be made according to the coordination situation within central Yunnan city cluster.
