摘要
目的分析电视胸腔镜手术与传统开胸手术治疗纵隔肿瘤的手术效果。方法选取扬州大学附属医院2017年1月至2020年1月收治的70例纵隔肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组患者给予传统开胸手术治疗,观察组给予电视胸腔镜手术治疗。比较两组术中出血、切口长度、手术时间、住院时间和住院费用、治疗前后患者治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果观察组术中出血、切口长度、手术时间优于对照组,住院时间和住院费用优于对照组,治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电视胸腔镜在纵隔肿瘤的临床应用效果确切,可减少手术的创伤,减少并发症,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and traditional thoracotomy in the treatment of mediastinal tumors.Methods A total of 70 patients with mediastinal tumor in Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given traditional thoracotomy,while patients in the observation group were given video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.The related indicators of clinical treatment,length of stay and cost of hospitalization,treatment effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The related indicators of clinical treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the length of hospital stay and hospital costs were better than those in the control group,and the treatment effect was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application effect of thoracoscopy in mediastinal tumor is exact,which can reduce surgical trauma.
