摘要
中药枳实出自《神农本草经》,具有破气消积,化痰散痞之效,应用广泛。最新研究发现枳实具有改善睡眠、减少空间学习障碍,发挥保护神经等作用,其中有效化学成分甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(GAPDH),可以在多种细胞中发挥重要作用,有助于参与光合作用;CsGH3.1和CsGH3.1L基因在植物发育和生物或非生物胁迫应答中起双重作用;枳实还可与食物结合做成膳食补充剂,达到无需服药就可恢复健康的目的。本文在国内外学者对枳实进行大量实验研究的基础上,对枳实化学成分、枳实及其组方药理研究及在药食同源方面进行分析展望并总结,为加深开发利用该药提供参考依据。
Fructus aurantii Immaturus firstly recorded in Shennong Materia Medica,has the effects of breaking qi and eliminating accumulation,resolving phlegm and epigastric fullness,and it is widely used in clinic.The latest research has found that Fructus aurantii Immaturus can improve sleep,reduce spatial learning disorder,and play a role in protecting nerves.Its effective chemical component,glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH),can play an important role in a variety of cells and contribute to photosynthesis.CsGH3.1 and CsGH3.1 L genes play a dual role in plant development and response to biological or abiotic stress.Fructus aurantii Immaturus can also be a dietary supplement when combined with food,which can achieve the recovery without taking medicine.This study analyzed and summarized Fructus aurantii Immaturus in terms of its chemical constituents,pharmacological studies and homology of medicine and food based on a large number of experimental studies home and abroad,aiming to provide references for further development and utilization of the herb.
