摘要
为探究磁化水对新拌水泥浆流变性能的影响,利用旋转式流变仪等设备对掺粉煤灰水泥浆的流变参数、水化放热速率、平均Zeta电位和pH等参数进行测定。结果表明,新拌水泥浆体符合改进Bingham流体模型,属于剪切增稠浆体。磁化水可使新拌水泥浆体的屈服应力和塑性黏度增大10%。磁化水主要影响水泥水化诱导前期和诱导期阶段,提升水化放热速率,并使水泥浆体平均Zeta电位值和pH值降低,可为研究磁化水优化水泥材料早期工作性能方面提供一定依据。
In order to explore the influence of magnetized water on the rheological properties of fresh cement slurry,the rheological parameters,hydration exothermic rate,average Zeta potential and pH of cement slurry mixed with fly ash are measured by rotary rheometer.The results show that the fresh cement paste conforms to the improved Bingham fluid model,and belongs to shear thickening slurry.The yield stress and plastic viscosity of fresh cement paste can be increased by 10%by magnetized water;the magnetized water mainly affects the early and induction stages of cement hydration,increases the hydration heat release rate,and reduces the average zeta potential value and pH value of cement paste.It can provide a certain basis for the study of magnetized water to optimize the early performance of cement-based materials.
