摘要
目的分析影响陕西旅游收入的关联因素,通过要素优化与行业结构调整,提高陕西旅游收入及旅游竞争力。方法选取陕西省2009-2018年相关数据,构建影响陕西旅游经济发展因子指标体系,包括经济、交通、人力、信息、接待、环境6个一级指标和13个二级指标,利用灰色关联分析法分别对影响陕西国际旅游收入、国内旅游收入的内部因子进行实证分析。结果人均国内生产总值、第三产业增加值、城镇居民人均可支配收入以及互联网用户数与陕西旅游收入关联度较大,而广电网络覆盖率、星级饭店数以及第三产业从业人员数则与旅游收入关联度较小。结论提升陕西旅游业发展水平的5条建议为:加快经济发展,拓宽客源市场;利用信息技术,实现数字营销;创新人才机制,构建激励体系;加大整治力度,营造宜游环境;深挖旅游本质,做好旅游体验。
Purposes—To analyze the related factors affecting the tourism revenue of Shaanxi Province,and improve the tourism revenue and tourism competitiveness by optimizing the elements and adjusting the industrial structure.Methods—Based on the relevant data of Shaanxi Province from 2009 to 2018,it is constructed an index system of factors affecting the development of Shaanxi's tourism economy,including 6 first-class indexes of economy,transportation,human resources,information,reception and environment,and 13 second-class indexes.The internal factors affecting Shaanxi's international and domestic tourism revenue are empirically analyzed with the grey relational analysis method.Result—The per capita GDP,the added value of the tertiary industry,the per capita disposable revenue of urban residents and the number of internet users have a greater correlation with the tourism revenue of Shaanxi Province,while the coverage rate of radio and television networks,the number of star-rated hotels and the number of employees in the tertiary industry have a smaller correlation with tourism revenue.Conclusion—Five suggestions are put forward to improve the development level of Shaanxi tourism,which are as follows:accelerate the economic development,broaden the tourist source market;use information technology to achieve digital marketing;innovate talent mechanism and build incentive system;strengthen the renovation efforts to create a suitable environment for tourism;explore the essence of tourism and make it a good experience.
