摘要
目的观察中药联合针刺治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的效果。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月收治的200例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(100例)与对照组(100例),对照组患者采用中药治疗,观察组患者采用中药联合针刺治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况及总有效率。结果治疗前,2组中医证候积分对比无差异,治疗后与对照组比较,观察组明显降低,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.0%,高于对照组的69.0%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中药联合针刺治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变,对患者临床症状改善作用显著,疗效可靠,可予以推广。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on diabetic retinopathy.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,200 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(100 cases)and the control group(100 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture.The change of TCM syndrome integral and total effective rate was compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score before treatment.After treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%,which was higher than 69.0%of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients significantly,has reliable effect,and can be popularized.
