摘要
目的观察人性化护理联合健康教育在肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月至2019年11月于本院接受治疗的120例肺结核患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(60例,常规护理)和观察组(60例,人性化护理联合健康教育)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的服药依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组TP、PA、Hb水平、BMI、疾病认知评分和GSES评分均升高,SCL-90评分均降低,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理联合健康教育应用于肺结核患者中,能够有效提高患者的服药依从性和疾病认知水平,改善患者的营养状况和心理状态,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of human nursing combined with health education in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(60 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(60 cases,humanistic nursing combined with health education).The nursing effects of the two groups was compared.Results The medication compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of TP,PA,Hb,BMI,disease cognition score and GSES score increased,and the SCL-90 scores decreased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing combined with health education applied in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve patients'medication compliance,disease cognition level,nutritional status and psychological status,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
