某紧靠山体深基坑险情分析处理

摘要 该深基坑工程紧靠山体,汇水面积大,遇到连续大暴雨,未能及时有效截排水,导致雨水冲刷浸泡边坡,局部水土流失严重,发生边坡坍塌及地表沉降。后及时采取有效加固措施,加强基坑监测。监测数据表明坑边已建建筑物基础沉降得到有效控制,保证了地下室的顺利施工,可供今后类似工程参考。 A deep pit closed to the mountain had a large catchment area.It was failure to cut off drainage effectively in time when the downpour came.As a result,rain soaked slope,local land erosion was getting more serious,and slope collapse and surface subsidence occurred.Therefore,effective reinforcement measures had been taken and the deep pit was monitored repeatedly.The monitoring data showed that the foundation settlement of the existing building close to the deep pit had been effectively controlled,which ensured the smooth construction of the basement.This case can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
