摘要
以末端金纳米粒子嫁接的聚苯胺复合材料(PANI/Au)为电极材料构建灵敏的多巴胺(DA)电化学传感器。以差示脉冲伏安法(DPV)为测试方法。结果表明:DA在PANI/Au修饰电极上具有优异的电催化活性,并具有宽的双线性段电化学响应(0.01~1μmol/L和1~200μmol/L)和较低的检测极限(LOD=0.01μmol/L)。此外,该传感器具有杰出的抗干扰性和稳定性。PANI/Au复合材料优异的性能为制备具有增强电化学活性的DA传感器提供了新的选择。
A sensitive dopamine(DA)electrochemical sensor was constructed using a gold nanoparticles-grafted terminally polyaniline composite(PANI/Au).The PANI/Au-modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity for DA oxidation recorded by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).Analysis of DPV performance for PANI/Au-modified electrode showed a wide bilinear response of 1~200 and 0.01~1μM,a low limit of detection(LOD)of 0.01μM,and outstanding anti-interference and stability.The excellent performance of PANI/Au composite provided a new choice for the fabrication of advanced PANI-based DA sensors with enhanced electrochemical activity.
