摘要 随着国家提出新基建的要求,未来以数字基建为核心的“新基建”也为5G网络及相关应用的建设按下了“快进键”,家电制造业具备工业制造80%的属性,因此5G在家电制造领域有着广泛的应用。针对家电企业制造低时延生产场景要求,结合移动边缘计算(Mobile Edge Computing,MEC)具备使计算/存储等业务运营靠近客户能力的特点,组建5G虚拟专网,有效解决工业制造企业信息孤岛,促进运营技术(OT)与信息技术(IT)相融合。利用5G结合移动边缘计算,为某家电制造企业打造集终端、平台、网络、应用一体化的端到端整体方案,解决高时延问题的同时,保证企业数据安全。 With the requirement of new infrastructure proposed by the state,the future"new infrastructure"with digital infrastructure as the core will also press the"fast forward"button for the construction of 5G network and related applications.Home appliance manufacturing industry has the attribute of 80%industrial manufacturing,so 5G is widely used in the field of home appliance manufacturing.In this paper,aiming at the requirements of manufacturing low delay production scenarios for home appliance enterprises,combined with the ability of mobile edge computing(MEC)to make computing/storage and other business operations close to customers,a 5G virtual private network was established to effectively solve the information island of industrial manufacturing enterprises and promote the integration of OT and IT.In this paper,5G combined with mobile edge computing is used to build an end-to-end integrated solution integrating terminal,platform,network and application for a household appliance manufacturing enterprise,which can solve the problem of high delay and ensure the data security of the enterprise.
