摘要
在蒙华铁路黄土隧道施工中,采用混凝土喷射机械手进行喷混作业。应用结果表明:该设备操作简便,能够提高工作效率,有效降低成本,且喷射混凝土损耗率降低29.5%左右,隧道断面围岩沉降值满足规范要求。
In the construction of loess tunnel on Menghua Railway,concrete spraying manipulator is used for shotcreting.The application results show that the equipment is easy to operate,which can improve the work efficiency,effectively reduce the cost,and the loss rate of shotcrete is reduced by 29.5%,and the surrounding rock settlement value of tunnel section meets the requirements of the specification.
