摘要
本文主要研究解决两门风冷小冰箱冷冻门封条外部凝露结水的问题,冰箱外部凝露指冰箱在使用过程中,门体表面,箱体表面有雾状、珠状、流水状的水汽或者水珠;对于我国南方夏季高温高湿环境下,冰箱外部更容易凝露,冰箱外部凝露一直困扰着各个冰箱制造厂,不但影响外观,还容易导致金属零件腐蚀生锈,塑料零件生霉发臭,影响冰箱的使用寿命,更是影响品牌的美誉度,冰箱凝露问题也是客户投诉的问题点;本次主要解决两门风冷小冰箱的中梁处、以及冷冻上饰条和冷冻门封条该片区域凝露。
This paper mainly studies and solves the problem of water condensation on the outside of the seal of the freezing door of two-door air-cooled mini-refrigerator.The condensation on the outside of the refrigerator means that there are mist,bead and flowing water vapor or water droplets on the surface of the door and box during the use of the refrigerator.Under the high temperature and high humidity environment in summer in southern China,the external condensation of refrigerators is easier to condense.The condensation of refrigerators has always plagued refrigerator manufacturers,which not only affects the appearance,but also easily leads to corrosion and rust of metal parts,mildew and odor of plastic parts,affecting the service life of refrigerators,and even affecting the reputation of brands.The condensation of refrigerators is also a problem complained by our customers.This time,it mainly solves the problem of condensation in the middle beam of two-door air-cooled mini-refrigerator,as well as the freezing upper decorative strip and freezing door seal.
