摘要
介绍了某国产盾构机主轴承浮动环结构及加工工艺要求,选取对浮动环上下端面同时淬火的热加工方案,并通过检测浮动环在淬火前后的变形情况,确定淬火前后加工留量。
The structure and processing requirements of floating rings of main bearings for a domestic shield machine are introduced.The hot working scheme is selected,which quenches upper and lower end faces of floating rings at the same time,and the machining allowance before and after quenching is determined by detecting deformation of floating rings before and after quenching.
