摘要
通过采用电子束和γ射线在空气氛围中对封套用复合薄膜进行辐照处理,比较了两种辐照方式下,复合膜的凝胶含量、拉伸强度、伸长率和水蒸气透过量等性能随吸收剂量变化的趋势。结果表明:在有氧气参与的空气条件下,复合膜两种辐照方式的辐照效应差异较大。在电子束辐照处理后,复合膜的凝胶含量明显上升、伸长率下降、强度变化不大,说明其反应是以交联为主导;在γ射线辐照处理后,复合膜的凝胶含量较低,强度和伸长率均出现下降,说明复合膜在γ射线辐照时出现了降解;随着辐照吸收剂量增加,γ射线辐照处理的复合膜的水蒸气透过量有增大的趋势,而电子加速器处理的复合膜的水蒸气透过量变化较小,没有明显的变化趋势。
This article compare the irradiation effects of electron beam andγ-ray on composite film for protective cover in air atmosphere.The changes of gel content,tensile strength,elongation and water vapor transmittance of the composite film with absorb dose were studied.The results show that the irradiation effect of the two methods varies greatly under the air condition.With the irradiation of electron beam,the gel content increased,the elongation decreased and the strength nearly not changed,indicated that cross-linking was the dominant reaction.Afterγ-ray irradiation,the gel content is low compared with that of electron beam;strength and elongation decreased,indicating the degradation of the film.With the increase of absorb dose,the water vapor transmittance of the film afterγ-ray processing increase.While the water vapor transmittance of the film with electron beam irradiation nearly keep constant.
