摘要
对5个不同构造的全焊接穿透式钢管柱-钢梁节点足尺模型进行低周反复荷载试验,基于滞回曲线、破坏模式并结合有限元模拟,研究不同构造对耳板穿透式节点承载力、延性和耗能能力的影响.结果表明:耳板能有效地降低穿透式节点梁柱连接焊缝处的应力集中,但板边缘处易发生塑性破坏,建议对耳板与梁端连接处采用焊接盖板进行局部加强;耳板角度以20°为分界,大于20°时,节点承载力变化不大,因此建议实际工程中外伸耳板角度大于20°.
Five full-scale CFST column and steel beam joints with different penetration components were designed to be tested under lateral cyclic loading.Based on hysteretic curve,failure modes and ABAQUS finite element simulation,the effects of different details on the bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation capacity were investigated.The results show that the connection with a penetrated gusset plate effectively reduced stress and strain concentration at the weld between column and beam,but the edge of the gusset plate is prone to plastic damage.It is suggested that additional cover plates and web plates to reinforced the joints.The angle of the gusset plate is divided by 20°.When it is over 20°,the bearing capacities of the joint have little difference.Therefore,it is recommended to set the angle of gusset plate over 20°.
