摘要 《黄帝内经》很重视长寿、养生之道,并从形而上到形而下不同角度总结了五个层次的长寿养生理论,可以概括为:明阴阳四时之道,养恬淡虚无之德,精神内守,真气充实,形色端正。"道-德-神-气-形"五位一体,指导人们获得具有生命质量与价值之长寿。这些古典的生命智慧是古人生存经验的总结,保障了华夏民族几千年来的繁衍生息,未来也可以为全人类的长久存活与繁荣提供有益的借鉴。 Huang Di Nei Jing(《黄帝内经》Huandi’s Internal Classic) attaches great importance to longevity and the way of health preservation. It sums up the theory of health preservation and longevity in five levels ranging from metaphysics to physics. Specifically, the five levels are Way(understanding the rule of yin-yang and four seasons), virtue(developing quiet peacefulness and absolute emptiness), spirit(guarding essence and spirit internally), qi(possessing enough genuine qi), and appearance(having normal physical appearance and complexion). The five-level theory guides people to obtain longevity with quality of life. These ancient theories are based on the survival experience of the ancients, which have maintained the survival of the Chinese-nation for thousands of years. They could also provide useful references for the survival and prosperity of all humanity.
