摘要
目的:观察在消化内科住院患者中引入健康宣教和心理护理后的效果。方法:将2018年6月至2019年6月期间在内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第二附属医院消化内科住院的患者84例随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者进行常规护理;观察组患者在对照组患者护理的基础上结合心理护理和健康安全知识宣教,对患者进行安全知识讲解和互动,针对患者进行一般心理护理。采用心理学SDS(抑郁自评量表)及SAS(焦虑自评置表)对患者治疗前后的评分进行比较分析;发放护理满意度调查表,对患者的住院天数、护理满意度、护理效果进行分析。结果:观察组患者的住院日期短于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者抑郁评分、焦虑评分量表评分低于对照组患者患者(P<0.05)。结论:对于消化内科患者引入健康宣教和心理护理,能够提高患者的护理满意度,缩短患者住院天数,改善患者的心理焦虑及抑郁程度。
Objective:To observe the effect of health education and psychological nursing in patients hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology.Methods:84 patients hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Based on the nursing of the patients in the control group,the patients in the observation group were given safety knowledge explanation and education combined with psychological nursing and health,safety knowledge propaganda,interaction and general psychological care.Psychological SDS(self-rating depression scale)and SAS(self-rating anxiety scale)were used to collect the scores of patients before and after treatment,and nursing satisfaction questionnaires were issued to analyze the length of stay,the nursing satisfaction and the nursing effect of the patients.Results:The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the depression score and the anxiety score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of health education and psychological care to the patients in the Department of Gastroenterology can improve their nursing satisfaction,shorten the length of stay,and improve their psychological anxiety and depression.
