摘要
目的:探讨心理资本在新冠疫情期间一线网格员的工作压力和工作适应的中介作用,以期能够为降低网格员的工作压力和提高网格员的工作适应提供参考和依据,最终取得抗疫工作的完全胜利。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,对221名江苏省徐州市的抗疫一线网格员进行一般资料表、工作适应量表、心理资本量表以及工作压力量表的问卷调查。结果:(1)所调查的网格员中工作压力与心理资本水平呈负相关(r=-0.465,P<0.01),心理资本与工作适应呈正相关(r=0.697,P<0.01),工作适应与工作压力呈负相关(r=-0.644,P<0.01);(2)心理资本在网格员的工作压力与工作适应中起部分中介效应,占总效应的39.77%。结论:心理资本在一线网格员的工作压力和工作适应中起部分中介作用。
Objective:To explore the intermediary role of psychological capital in work pressure and work adaptation of first-line grid staff during the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,with a view to providing a reference and basis for reducing the work pressure of grid staff and improving the work adaptation of grid staff,and finally obtaining anti-epidemic work’s complete victory.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 221 frontline grid-resistance personnel in Xuzhou city,Jiangsu province on the general data sheet,work adaptation scale,psychological capital scale and work pressure scale.Results:(1)Among the surveyed grid members,work pressure was negatively correlated with psychological capital level(r=-0.465,P<0.01),and psychological capital was positively correlated with work adaptation(r=0.697,P<0.01).Work adaptation was negatively correlated with work pressure(r=-0.644,P<0.01).(2)Psychological capital played partial mediating effect in work pressure and job adaptation of grid staff,accounting for 39.77%of the total effect.Conclusion:Psychological capital plays a partial mediating effect in work pressure and work adaptation of frontline grid workers.
