Research on Technology Transfer Capabilities of College Based on Whole Process

摘要 我国高校科技成果转化率普遍不高,为提高高校的科技成果转化能力,对参与科技成果转化的政府、企业、高校和科技中介等四类主体进行分析,将科技成果产出纳入科技成果转化的研究范畴,从而将科技成果转化的全过程分为实验室阶段、中试阶段和市场阶段,在此基础上构建高校科技成果转化能力的评价指标体系,结合专家打分法和TFAHP计算指标权重,并通过样本高校数据进行实证分析,验证评价指标体系的合理性,最后结合指标体系的权重计算结果提出提高高校科技成果转化能力的建议。 The conversion rate of technology transfer of college is generally not high in China.In order to improve the ability of technology transfer of college,this article analyzes the four types of subjects involved in the technology transfer,including government,enterprises,universities,and technological intermediaries.The research scope of technology transfer includes making new technologies,and the entire process of technology transfer is divided into laboratory stage,pilot stage and market stage.Based on this,an evaluation index system for technology transfer capabilities of colleges is established,combining expert scoring and TFAHP were used to calculate the index weights,and an empirical analysis was performed on sample college data to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system.Finally,based on the weight calculation results of the index system,suggestions were made to improve technology transfer capabilities of college.
