摘要
内地高校少数民族大学生就业既关系到大学生的个人发展,又对民族团结与社会稳定具有非常重要的意义。文章对内地高校少数民族大学生就业指导服务工作的困境进行分析,并有针对性地提出解决对策:转变就业指导服务工作模式,建设功能丰富的就业信息化平台,加大就业核心竞争力培训,推进学业岗位精准匹配,完善调查分析和预测研判,建设少数民族地区用人单位数据库,办好就业"第二课堂",以期系统地解决内地高校少数民族大学生的就业问题。
The employment of the minority college students in Inland is not only related to the individual development of the college students,but also of great signifificance for ethnic unity as well as social stability This paper analyzes the current plight confronted by the employment guidance service for the minority college students in inland,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve it,namely changing the mode of employment guidance service,building a rich employment information platform,increasing employment training for core competence.Promoting precise matching of academic positions,improving the investigation,analysis and prediction,building the employer training database in inland,getting a second class in employment and so on.These measures are aimed to solve the problem about employment of minority college students in inland in a systematic way.
