摘要
目的:通过对不同医疗机构影像数据存储和传输现状进行调查分析,探讨新型冠状病毒疫情流行背景下,建立影像数据云平台在防治疫情中的作用、面临的问题以及相应的对策。方法:对114家医疗机构医疗设备来源,影像数据存储和传输方式,云平台应用等进行问卷调查。结果:调查结果显示,114家医疗机构均使用了PACS系统进行影像数据的管理,其中80.7%的医院以PACS及专属存储服务器作为数据存储方式。仅有22家以云存储方式(19.3%)进行影像数据的存储和备份管理。结论:建立影像云平台可以提供快速诊断平台用于远程会诊,实现减少人员流动,进行大数据研究,有助于疫情期间缓解医疗资源缺乏的矛盾。
Purpose:Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of image data storage and transmission in different medical institutions,this paper discusses the role of establishing image data cloud platform in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases and the problems faced in the context of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on medical equipment sources,image data storage and transmission methods,and cloud platform applications in 114 medical institutions.Results:The survey results showed that 114 medical institutions have used PACS system for image data management,among which 80.7%of hospitals used PACS and dedicated storage servers as data storage methods.Only 22 stored and backed up image data in the cloud platform(19.3%).Conclusion:The establishment of image cloud platform can provide a rapid diagnosis platform for remote consultation,reduce the flow of personnel,and conduct big data research,which can help alleviate the contradiction of lack of medical resources during the epidemic.
