螺旋绞龙式牛场清粪机设计与试验 被引量:7

摘要 针对目前国内牛场粪污清理机械化程度低、缺乏专用作业机械的现状,设计一种螺旋绞龙式牛场清粪机,主要由螺旋绞龙集粪机构、刮板输送机构、六连杆位置调整机构和车厢组成,实现牛粪的收集、输送和运输联合作业。螺旋绞龙集粪机构的主要部件为旋向相反的两段绞龙叶片,对称安装在一根绞龙轴上,清粪机前进时粪污被收集聚拢,聚集的粪污被旋转的绞龙刮削收集并向中部汇集输送。通过计算,确定绞龙直径为0.38 m,螺距为0.28 m。设计刮板输送机构,将牛粪输送至车厢。刮板输送机构向下旋转将粪污刮起,防止粪污的飞溅。在刮板下端安装橡胶条与输送槽形成有效密封,降低了输送过程中牛粪的泄露。为达到粪污收集输送机构的位置调节,实现刮板输送机构出料口与车厢收料口之间实现精确配合和平稳分离,设计一套六连杆机构。试验结果表明:在牛粪含水率为72%、厚度为5 cm、作业速度为0.8 m/s和收集宽度为2.2 m的作业条件下,该机清洁率为98%,实现牛粪的收集、输送和运输联合作业。 In order to solve the problem of low mechanization and lack of special working machinery in China s cattle farm,a kind of cattle farm fecal cleaning vehicle with a screw conveyor was designed.The vehicle is mainly composed of a fecal collection mechanism with a semi-open reverse double screw conveyor,a scraper conveying mechanism and a six-bar position adjusting mechanism.The main component of the fecal collection mechanism is a screw conveyor,two spiral blades with opposite directions of rotation are symmetrically mounted on the screw shaft.When the screw conveyor is working,the manure is scraped and collected and transported to the center.After calculation,the diameter of the screw conveyor is determined to be 0.38 m,and the pitch is 0.28 m.In order to transport cow dung to the carriage,a scraper conveying mechanism is designed,and the leakage of cow dung is effectively prevented.A six-bar linkage mechanism was designed to adjust the position of the fecal collection mechanism and the scraper conveying mechanism.The test results show that,under the working conditions of cow manure moisture content of 72%,thickness of 5 cm,working speed of 0.8 m/s and collection width of 2.2 m,the cleaning rate of the vehicle is 98%.The combined operation of collection,transportation and transportation of cow dung is realized.
