液态金属电池串联均衡电路的设计

摘要 液态金属电池具有容量大、充放电电流大、寿命长等特性,是极具前景的电力储能电池。该文首先通过实验,分析了电池基本特性,发现液态金属电池具有工作电压低的特点。根据该特性,对比不同均衡电路,采用电感作为能量转移介质,设计了一种满足液态金属电池串联的均衡电路方案。对该电路建立了仿真模型,利用仿真模型分析了电感值、电池电压、转移时间等参数对均衡的影响,优化了电路参数。搭建了10个电池的串联电路,对均衡电路进行了实际测试,实验结果表明电路可以完成电池均衡,证明了设计的有效性,为后续电池组管理系统的开发打下了良好基础。 Liquid metal battery(LMB)is the very promising power storage battery due to such features as large capacity,large charge and discharge current and long service life.In this paper,LMB’s basic characteristic is analyzed by experiment and its basic feature is analyzed,finding that the LMB has the feature of low operating voltage.According to the feature and comparison of different equalization circuit,the inductance is used as energy transfer media and a kind of equalization circuit proposal meeting the series connection of the liquid metal battery is designed.The simulation model for this circuit is built and the influence of such parameters as inductance,battery voltage and transfer time on equalization is analyzed and the parameters are optimized.The actual circuit with ten LMBs in series is constructed and the equalization circuit is tested.It is shown by the experiment result that the circuit can achieve battery equalization.The effectiveness of the design is proved,which lays a good foundation for the development of management system of subsequent battery.
