摘要
随着我国输配电价改革的推进和电网企业盈利模式的转变,固定资产投资管控成为当前电网企业管理提升的重点。本文从项目全生命周期的理论出发,构建电网企业投资管控评价指标体系,引入变权理论思想,对主观赋权方法进行改进,保证评价指标因素间的均衡性影响,并搭建基于变权的电网项目投资全过程评价模型,进而提高评价结果的真实可靠性。
With the promotion of transmission and distribution price reform and the transformation of profit model of power grid enterprises,fixed assets investment control has become the focus of current power grid enterprise management.Based on the theory of project life cycle,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of power grid enterprise investment management and control,introduces the idea of variable weight theory,improves the subjective weight restoration method and constructs the model,which ensures the balanced influence of evaluation index factors,and then improves the authenticity and reliability of evaluation results.
