摘要
高速公路的养护模式的不同,对于道路管理者所获取的经济效益也是不同的。为了探讨自营、委托和社会招标这3种养护模式所获取的经济效益,利用经济学基本原理对道路新投资方式下的养护模式进行分析。结合高速实际工程,运用边际成本理论,通过对不同费率下的道路经济敏感性的分析,确定了养护模式,给出了费率建议值。通过分析确定:社会招标养护模式下所获取的经济效益最好,费率定为0.6最为合适。
Different maintenance mode of highway brings different economic benefits to road managers.In order to dis⁃cuss the economic benefits obtained from the three maintenance modes of self-support,entrustment and social bidding,the maintenance mode under the new investment mode of road is analyzed by using the basic principles of economics.Combining the practical project of high speed road,using the marginal cost theory,through the analysis of the economic sensitivity of the road under different rates,the maintenance mode is determined,and the suggested value of the rate is given.Through analysis,it is determined that the best economic benefit is obtained under the social bidding maintenance mode,and the appropriate rate is 0.6.
