摘要
采用PVA纤维+钢纤维制备混杂纤维增强延性水泥基复合材料,研究了不同材料厚度、纤维掺量、纤维长度、纤维密度下复合材料的吸声性能。结果表明:当混杂纤维增强延性水泥基复合材料的厚度为120 mm、纤维掺量为6 kg/m3、纤维长度为20 mm、纤维密度不低于0.50 g/cm3时,混杂纤维增强延性水泥基复合材料的吸声性能最优。
Hybrid fiber-reinforced ductile cement-based composite is made by PVA fiber+steel fiber,and the sound absorption performanceof the composite with different material thickness,fiber content,fiber lengthand fiber densityis researched.The results show that when the thickness of hybrid fiber-reinforced ductile cement-based composite is 120 mm,fiber content is 6 kg/m3,fiber length is 20 mm,fiber density is not less than 0.50 g/cm3,the sound absorption performance of hybrid fiber-reinforced ductile cement-based composite is the best.
