摘要
研究了石灰石粉掺量对机喷轻质抹灰石膏砂浆凝结时间、浆体表观密度、干密度、强度、保水率的影响,并通过XRD、SEM、MIP分析影响机理。结果表明:随着石灰石粉掺量增加,轻质抹灰石膏砂浆的凝结时间缩短、浆体表观密度及干密度减小,抗压强度及拉伸粘结强度降低,保水率增大。微观分析表明,石灰石粉的加入未显著改变石膏砂浆的晶体成分,但二水硫酸钙特征峰降低;石灰石粉填充于硫酸钙晶体空隙之中,在石灰石粉掺量较大时,晶体团簇现象变明显;石灰石粉的加入会降低石膏大孔和中孔比例,但孔隙率及平均孔径增大。
Investigated the effect of the limestone dosage on the setting time,slurry apparent density,dry density,strength and water retention rate of the light-weight spray gypsum plaster mortar.Using XRD,SEM and MIP explored its influence mechanism.The results indicated that the increase of the limestone dosage will decrease the setting time,reduce the apparent density and dry density,decrease the compressive strength and the tensile bonding strength,and increase the water retention rate of light-weight gypsum plaster mortar.The results of XRD showed that the addition of limestone did not change the crystal composition of gypsum,but the characteristic peak of CaSO4·2H2O became lower.The limestone will fill the void of calcium sulfate crystal,making the matrix more compact.When the limestone content was large,the formation of gel could be observed.The addition of limestone could reduce the proportion of large and medium pores of gypsum,but the porosity and average pore size increased.
