盐碱复合胁迫对蜡梅幼苗生长及生理响应的研究 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】为了探究蜡梅幼苗的耐盐碱性,推动蜡梅在盐碱地区的规模化生产。【方法】以两年生‘小磬口’蜡梅为试材,选定4种盐NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3(1∶10∶10∶1,pH 8.78),模拟7个盐浓度(0.0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%)的胁迫环境,分析不同浓度盐碱胁迫对蜡梅生长及生理指标的影响。【结果】随盐浓度增大和胁迫时间延长,蜡梅盐害指数、盐害率、相对电导率、SP、Pro、MDA和SS含量呈上升趋势;蜡梅叶长、叶宽及新梢生长量、叶片组织含水量呈下降趋势;SOD活性和POD活性呈先上升后下降趋势。叶长生长量与叶宽生长量呈显著正相关,与MDA呈显著负相关;新梢生长量与SP呈显著正相关,与相对电导率、MDA呈显著负相关;相对电导率与MDA呈显著正相关,与SP、Pro呈显著负相关;SS与SP、Pro呈显著正相关。【结论】耐盐阈值是0.340%,蜡梅幼苗具有一定的耐盐碱能力,同时叶长生长量、叶宽生长量、新梢生长量、相对电导率、MDA、SP和Pro可以作为评价蜡梅耐盐碱性的主要指标。 【Objective】The present paper aimed to to explore the saline-alkali stress of Chimonanthus praecox seedlings and promote the large-scale production of Chimonanthus praecox in saline-alkali areas.【Method】Using two-year-old Ch.Praecox‘Xiaoqingkou’as test material,and seven different concentrations of saline-alkali stress(0.0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%)were simulated on the basis of NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3 and Na2CO3(1∶10∶10∶1,pH 8.78).The effects of different concentrations of saline-alkali stress on growth and physiological indices of Chimonanthus praecox were analyzed.【Result】The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration and the extension of stress time,the salt damage index,salt damage rate,relative conductivity,SP,Pro,MDA and SS content showed an upward trend,while the growth of leaf length,leaf width,shoot growth and water content of leaf tissue decreased;The activities of SOD and POD rise first and then fall.Leaf length growth was positively correlated with leaf width growth,negatively correlated with MDA content;new shoot growth positively correlated with SP,negatively correlated with relative conductivity and MDA content;Relative conductivity positively correlated with MDA content,negatively correlated with SP and Pro;SS was positively correlated with SP and Pro.【Conclusion】Salt tolerance thresholds was 0.340%,which indicated that Chimonanthus praecox seedlings had the ability of salt-alkali tolerance,and leaf length growth,leaf width growth,shoot growth,relative conductivity,MDA,SP and Pro can be used as the main indicators for evaluating saline-alkali tolerance of Chimonanthus praecox.
