-30℃环境下雷管及起爆具爆炸特性研究 被引量:1

Study on explosion characteristic of detonator and blasting primer under-30℃environment

摘要 为了研究-30℃低温环境对导爆管雷管及起爆具等爆破器材爆炸特性的影响,分别测量了室温下(30℃)和-30℃冷冻后的MS2、MS5、MS8、MS10段延时雷管的延时时间、水下爆轰参数及起爆具钢板穿孔直径。结果表明,-30℃低温不影响导爆管雷管和起爆具的起爆能力,对雷管延时时间的影响虽处于标准范围内,但是各段别的延时时间较室温均有所增加,且内管结构相同时,段别越高,影响越大;-30℃低温条件下雷管水下爆炸的比冲击波能、比气泡能及总能量同比室温下雷管分别降低了3.3%、9.6%、7.3%;-30℃低温条件下起爆具的钢板穿孔直径与室温下一致,但后者对钢板背面的破坏更为严重。因此,-30℃低温在一定程度上会降低起爆器材的输出能量,但是对其起爆性能影响不明显。 To study the influence of characteristics of explosive materials in-30℃low temperature environment,the delay time of MS2,MS5,MS8 and MS10 detonators,underwater detonation parameters of detonators,and steel plate perforation diameter with blasting primer at room temperature 30℃and-30℃were measured respectively.The results show that the low temperature did not affect the initiating ability of materials aforementioned,but the delay time increased within the standard range.However,the delay time of each segment is increased compared with that in the room temperature,and the higher segment structure achieved greater influence when the inner tube structure is same.The specific shock wave energy,specific bubble energy and total energy obtained by underwater explosion experiments of detonator in-30℃condition were reduced by 3.3%,9.6%and 7.3%respectively compared with that in room temperature.Besides,the steel plate perforation diameter of the blasting primer in-30℃condition is equal to that in the room temperature,while the latter caused more damage at the back of the plate.Therefore,the output energy of explosive materials would reduce more or less in-30℃,but their initiation performance did not change.
