摘要
针对某工业园区化工污水处理厂出水悬浮物不能达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准的问题,在提标改造设计中采用高密度澄清池工艺去除悬浮物。调试运行结果表明,高密度澄清池在投加混凝剂聚合氯化铝以及助凝剂阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺后,pH值必须回调至7以上,才能达到较好的絮凝沉淀效果。总结了高密度澄清池在调试过程中出现的各种问题,并提出了相应的解决办法,同时介绍了高密度澄清池的工艺原理、核心设计参数及附属设备情况。
In view of the problem that the suspended solids in the effluent water of a chemical sewage treatment plant in an industrial park can not meet the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant,high density clarification tank was adopted in the design of the upgrading and reconstruction project of the said plant so as to remove suspended solids.The results of the commissioning operation showed that,in order to achieve better flocculation and sedimentation effect,the pH value of the high density clarification tank must be adjusted back to more than 7 after adding coagulant polyaluminum chloride and coagulant aid anionic polyacrylamide.In addition,various problems in the commissioning of high density clarification tank were summarized,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.At the same time,the process principle,core design parameters and auxiliary equipments of high density clarification tank were introduced.
