摘要
以淮北矿业办公中心建设工程为背景,从操作平台施工、反吊模施工、型钢梁柱节点钢筋绑扎施工、拆模施工等方面对高空大跨度劲性混凝土连廊结构综合施工技术进行了探讨,并采用有限元技术对施工过程中连廊桁架结构的静力性能进行了计算分析。高空大跨度劲性结构新技术的开发与应用,有效提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益,通过积累类似工程经验并总结成果推广利用,增强了企业的核心竞争力,并可为今后同类型工程的建设提供安全、可靠的技术支持。
The comprehensive construction techniques of high-altitude and long-span rigid concrete corridor structure from the aspects of operation platform construction,anti-hanging mould construction,steel bar binding construction of beam and column joints,and mould dismantling construction were discussed,taking Huaibei mining office center construction as the engineering background.The static performance of the corridor truss structure was calculated and analyzed by finite element method.The development and application of new technologies for high-altitude and long-span rigid structures can create economic and social benefits for enterprises.By accumulating similar engineering experience and summarizing the achievements,the core competitiveness of enterprises can be improved.And this technology can provide safe and reliable support for the construction of the same type of project in the future.
