摘要
肾移植术后感染严重影响移植肾的存活甚至会导致移植受者的死亡,因此加强对移植术后感染的预防显得尤为重要。目前,肾移植围手术期感染预防方案还没有统一标准。本文就肾移植围手术期感染的相关特征及抗菌药物预防使用作一文献综述。
Infection after renal transplantation seriously affects the renal allograft survival rates and even leads to the death of recipients,so it is particularly important to strengthen the prevention of infection after renal transplantation.At present,there is no unified standard for the prevention of perioperative infection in renal transplantation.In this article,we review the related characteristics of perioperative infection and the antimicrobial prophylaxis in renal transplantation.
