摘要
通过模拟铜覆钢接地材料在使用环境中可能遇到的问题,对铜覆钢接地材料分别进行电流—温度循环试验、冰冻—融化试验、中性盐雾腐蚀试验、工频大电流试验;并对试验结果进行分析和研究。研究结果表明,试验过程对接地材料的组织和力学性能和电阻有一定的影响,抗拉强度和屈服强度有一定下降,但仍然能满足标准要求;电阻值变化较小,对材料的使用不会造成太大影响。
By simulating the potential problems of copper-clad steel earthing materials in the use environment,the current-temperature cycle test,freeze-thaw test,neutral salt spray corrosion test and power frequency large current test were carried out for copper-clad steel earthing materials.The experimental results are analyzed and studied.The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength decrease to some extent,but still meet the standard requirements.The change of resistance value is small,which will not have great influence on the use of materials.
