摘要
血管支架技术是解决心血管疾病的有效手段,生物可降解聚合物血管支架作为新一代血管支架技术,因其良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性被视为有效解决血管再狭窄、支架处炎症的最优方法.3D打印技术以其良好的微尺度复杂结构的加工能力、针对聚合物材料良好的打印窗口,已经成为制作生物可降解血管支架的有效手段.从3D打印生物可降解聚合物血管支架的结构设计、血管支架的材料选择以及成形制造方法等方面综述了国内外最新研究成果,并对生物可降解血管支架的发展趋势进行了展望.
Vascular stent technology is an effective means to solve cardiovascular disease.As a new generation of vascular stent technology,biodegradable polymer vascular stent is regarded as the best method to solve the vascular wall restenosis and stent inflammation due to its good biocompatibility and biodegradability.3D printing technology has become an effective way to produce biodegradable vascular stents because of its good processing ability of micro scale complex structure and good printing window for polymer materials.The latest research results at home and abroad are reviewed from the aspects of structure design,material selection and fabrication methods of 3D printing biodegradable polymer vascular stent,and the development trend of biodegradable polymer vascular stent is prospected.
