摘要
为研究铸造铝合金断裂行为,提出有限元数值模拟,以单一706铸造铝合金与复合706/705铸造铝合金为例,进行摆锤冲击试验。结果表明:单一铝合金的冲击功均值为49.86 J,断裂耗时0.0015 s,复合铝合金在复合比和层数为2.99/9、4.68/8、4.96/14、5.85/8时,冲击功均值为98.44、119.71、97.37、99.13 J,断裂耗时为0.0035、0.0036、0.0030、0.0026 s,且单一铸造铝合金断裂程度大于复合类,冲击力与加载时间都加重铸造铝合金断裂程度。
In order to study the fracture behavior of cast aluminum alloy,the finite element numerical simulation method was proposed.The pendulum impact test was carried out for single 706 cast aluminum alloy and composite 706/705 cast aluminum alloy.The results show that the average impact energy of single aluminum alloy is 49.86 J,and the fracture time is 0.0015 s.When the composite ratio and layer number are 2.99/9,4.68/8,4.96/14 and 5.85/8,the corresponding average impact energy is98.44,119.71,97.37,99.13 J,and the fracture time is 0.0035,0.0036,0.0030,0.0026 s,respectively.The fracture degree of single cast aluminum alloy is larger than that of composite one.Both impact force and loading time increase the fracture degree.
