摘要
用Al-12Si-20Cu-1Mg-1Ni合金为钎料,对质量分数为55%的SiCp/ZL102复合材料进行真空钎焊,钎焊温度为560、570、580、590、600℃,保温时间为30 min。对不同温度下焊接接头的显微组织、维氏硬度、抗剪切强度、断口形貌进行分析。结果表明:随着钎焊温度增加,接头的剪切强度先增后降,焊接温度为590℃时,钎料与母材间的结合最好,焊缝中心与母材处的硬度值最大,为250.5HV和161.79HV,同时焊接接头的抗剪切强度达最大值60.4 MPa,焊接接头呈脆性断裂和韧性断裂共存的混合断裂形貌。
The Al-12 Si-20 Cu-1 Mg-1 Ni alloy was used as a brazing filler metal to vacuum braze 55% SiCp/ZL102 composite material,the brazing temperature was 560,570,580,590,600 ℃,and the holding time was 30 min. The microstructure,Vickers hardness,shear strength and fracture morphology of welded joints at different temperatures were analyzed. The results show that the shear strength of the joint increases first and then decreases with the brazing temperature increasing. When the welding temperature is 590 ℃,the bonding between the filler metal and base metal is the best. The hardness values at the weld center and base metal reach the maximum,which are 250.5 HV and 161.79 HV respectively,and the shear strength of the welded joint reaches a maximum value of 60.4 MPa. The welded joint exhibits a mixed fracture morphology with brittle and ductile fracture.
