摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在宫腔镜围手术期中应用体会。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月在葫芦岛市中心医院进行住院治疗的120例宫腔镜手术患者。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组采取优质护理服务措施,对照组采取常规护理措施。比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果所有患者均成功完成手术,两组患者的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组住院时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务在宫腔镜围手术期的应用不仅可以完美的配合手术实施、巩固治疗效果,还可以提高手术安全性,术后患者的护理满意度较高。
Objective To investigate the application experience of high-quality nursing services in the perioperative period of hysteroscope.Methods A selection of 120 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery in Huludao Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 60 cases.The observation group took high-quality nursing service measures,and the control group took conventional nursing measures.The postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results All patients successfully completed the operation,and there was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The length of hospital stay,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing services in the perioperative period of hysteroscopy can not only perfectly cooperate with the implementation of the operation and consolidate the treatment eff ect,but also improve the safety of the operation,and the nursing satisfaction of patients after the operation is high.
